Meet Claire
Hello! My name is Claire, and I am a Registered Social Worker with a strong passion for supporting children, youth, and families. I specialize in working with children ages 3 and up, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My practice focuses on helping children and youth navigate a range of challenges, including emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, behavioural concerns, and other mental health difficulties. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals in the autism community, people with physical and developmental disabilities, and those living with chronic pain and chronic illness.

I take a collaborative, person-centred approach to therapy, grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect. I work closely with children and their caregivers to identify goals, build coping strategies, and strengthen emotional resilience. My work is rooted in a holistic and strength-based framework, and I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s needs—such as play-based therapy, cognitive-behavioural techniques, and mindfulness-based strategies.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from King’s University College (2017) and completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Waterloo in 2023.

If you’re looking for support for your child, I’m here to offer a warm, collaborative space where they can explore their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and build confidence as they grow.
