Meet Angie

As someone who’s spent over 25 years in education and the last 10 as a guidance counsellor, I’ve had the privilege of working with many young people and families as they navigate life’s ups and downs. Being both an educator and a mom to two young adults has given me a front-row seat to the challenges kids face as they grow and find their place in a fast-changing world.

Now, as a therapist intern working toward my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I bring curiosity, care, and a collaborative approach to each session. I’m especially interested in working with children, teens, and parents as they manage stress, anxiety, transitions, and the big questions about who they are and where they’re headed.
