Hi! My name is Judy.

 

I have a bachelor’s in psychology, and I am currently pursuing a masters of social work at King’s University College. My career spanned several years of experience supporting various populations in diverse settings, including a settlement agency, a crisis centre, and a private practice. I use a client-centered, attachment-based lens that integrates multiple therapeutic modalities to address the personalized needs of children and teens struggling with various mental health challenges. My goal is to collaboratively create a safe, supportive environment for clients to explore thoughts and emotions, identify strengths, and improve overall health and well-being. I look forward to embarking on this personal journey of growth and healing together.
