Meet Parvin
Hi! My name is Parvin Azizi, and I’m currently working toward my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Wilfrid Laurier University. My journey in helping others began early, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in group homes, support neurodiverse children in schools, and care for children as a nanny. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the importance of empathy, patience, and building trust.
I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Guelph, where I gained a solid foundation in mental health and human behaviour. Being fluent in Farsi, Kurdish, and English helps me connect with people from diverse backgrounds, and I strive to create a welcoming space where everyone feels heard and supported.
As a student, I’m still learning and growing, but my passion for supporting others remains at the core of everything I do. I believe every person’s journey is unique, and I’m committed to working alongside you to help you achieve your goals, feel heard, and continue your path toward well-being.
I’m excited to be part of Kid Zen and look forward to learning and growing with you during this experience.
