Meet Rachel
MSW, RSW

I’m a Wholistic Healing Practitioner and Registered Social Worker who recently completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) in the Indigenous Field of Study at Wilfrid Laurier University. I come from Wampanoag, English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. I’m dedicated to supporting individuals in restoring balance across the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of life.
Grounded in both clinical training and whole-person healing frameworks, I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and somatic-based practices, with a deep respect for traditional teachings and Indigenous wisdom.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and strengths-based practice, while also drawing from mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and land-based healing modalities. I bring a compassionate, collaborative approach, and I’m committed to helping people reconnect with their inner resilience.
I’ve worked on clinical interdisciplinary health teams, in community mental health, and within residential treatment settings. I support clients navigating chronic stress, grief, mental health and addiction challenges, identity exploration, and recovery from patterns of emotional and behavioural disconnection.
I believe that healing happens not only in the mind, but also through the body, through relationships, and through a renewed connection to purpose and belonging.
I offer both individual and group support, blending clinical tools with personalized care that honours the wholistic nature of healing. My intention is to create a space where others feel grounded, empowered, and fully seen.
