Meet Tabatha

I have a passion for supporting kids and their families through life’s challenges. My work is informed by academic knowledge from my Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology and diploma in Social Service Work, as well as my experience working in clinical and community settings. I began my career supporting youth experiencing homelessness at an emergency shelter. Since then, I have worked in several mental health settings, including crisis centers and inpatient mental health facilities. I have experience supporting children and youth with developmental disabilities, dual diagnosis, and complex mental health challenges.

I strive to create a space that is non-judgmental, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I integrate multiple therapeutic modalities to address your personal needs. I also use creative and arts-based approaches in my work with children. Through collaboration and connection, we will explore your experiences, emotions, and goals to develop a plan that works for you. Furthermore, I am passionate about creating a space that is welcoming and tailored to LGBTQ2S+ and neurodiverse clients.

If you think we might be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I look forward to speaking with you.
